Job title: Senior Manager, Global Payment Solutions
Responsible to: Chief Financial Officer - Finance Ops
Department: Head Office Finance Ops
Location of work: Kings Cross
Main purpose of role
Under the responsibility of the CFO-Finance Operations, you will be leading the Central Banking team in charge of the Group global payment solution and policies.
The Senior Manager, Global Payment Solutions is accountable for:
• the administrative, functional and financial aspects of the Group’s Payment Factory.
• the development and execution of financial and operational rollout strategy for the Group Payment solution in the context of a global SAP implementation program.
• The application of group payment and banking policies and of the procedures and processes draft.
The Senior Manager, Global Payment Solutions works in close cooperation with Group Treasury, the Procure to Pay and Order to Cash central teams and the IT department.
The Senior Manager, Global Payment Solutions is responsible for the Group relationship with the payment platform provider (FIS) and with S.W.I.F.
T. Key Responsibilities
• Leads the Central Banking team (3 persons) from an operational, HR and budget perspective.
• Acts as a project manager and participates to all steps of the group payment solution roll out:
• Design
• Build in the Bank Communication platform.
• Tests phases
• coordinates work with the SAP configuration team, PTP, local finance functions and the banks.
• Acts as a project manager and participates to all steps of the Bank Account Management (BAM) project:
• Due diligence
• Design
• RFP
• Build, test and implementation.
• Maintains and configures - as an administrator- the various payment systems (TRAX, web banking).
• Organizes the migration of local web banking platforms to the global ones.
• Assigns within the team and monitors enhancement requests for the payment solution such as implementation of new functionalities in the payment platform, modification of the payment file formats, etc…
• Coordinates level 2 support for payment processing.
• Banking policies and procedures:
• develops the Group’s procedures with respect to payment means, bank account and bank mandates management in compliance with the Group Treasury policies.
• Draft processes to ensure that the policies are followed by the business units.
Person specification
• Experiences:
• 7-10 years’ experience in Treasury, Payment solutions, back office or bank in an international environment.
• Team management experience, ideally leading a Finance team within a fast paced and complex business environment.
• Project management experiences.
• Experience in bank platform management and configuration (ideally FIS – TRAX)
• Experience designing end-to-end business process flows.
• Experience in a BAM system implementation is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of bank file formats (XML 20022, MT940, etc…) and SWIFT messages workflow.
• Strong understanding of financial systems and IT architecture.
• Good understanding of functional AP and AR processes.
• Knowledge of SAP FI-GL, FI-A/P or equivalent multinational finance system. Knowledge of Payment Medium Workbench in SAP in a plus.
• Good knowledge of payment and banking industry practices.
• Personal:
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate financial business needs into different scenarios for implementation.

Education:
• Master’s degree in finance, IT, Engineering or equivalent.
