Description
Job title: PTP Process Lead
Responsible to: OTC/PTP Supervisor
Department: Central Finance
Location of work: Kings Cross
Main Purpose of the Role
Responsible for a high volume & highly pressurised AP environment, working with a busy and creative audience. Using a proactive approach to deliver excellence to customers both internally and externally.
• To partner with the business to maximise workflow and invoice approvals.
• To maintain close contact with suppliers to ensure queries are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner.
• Meeting with suppliers to drive down queries/ balances, identifying root causes.
• To review and report upon control accounts and key supplier statement reconciliations .
• To ensure internal controls are in place and all payment runs are accur ate and deadlines met.
• Oversee efficient processing of all stock related invoices and maintain processes. (Production & planning) whilst reducing the central GRNI balance.
• Ad hoc duties as directed by Supervisor / M anager.
• To work closely with AP & AR Supervisor to set and monitor KPIs of offshore & AP helpdesk team.
• Overseeing Month End Processes and timetable with offshore teams.
• Proactive involvement in ongoing PTP projects
Person Specification
• Energetic, positive with “can do attitude”, enthusiastic with a flexible approach.
• Organised with good attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively , build relationships and trust.
• Experience with stock / product ledgers preferable.
• Experience of BPO an advantage & willingness to travel periodically essential.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Excel, SAP (an advantage) .
