The A Side: A Day in The Life
This position will be responsible for ensuring Physical Supply Chain projects are delivered on time and in Budget. This is a London based role but there is likely to be a limited amount of travel, depending on the project
The B Side: Skills & Experience
Be Organised
• Maintaining Project Plans to ensure they are up to date
• Ensuring Risks and Issues are proactively monitored and mitigated where necessary
• Escalating issues in a timely manner
• Any other reasonable duties as required by the Senior Programme Manager
Be Collaborative
• Regular project reporting to all stakeholders and team members
• Working with other teams (both business and IT) to understand the existing solution and define localisations/gaps necessary to achieve a successful rollout
• Working with the business stakeholders to ensure the business process is documented
• Manages relationships with senior stakeholders to achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction
Be Knowledgeable
• Provide input to training guides
• Document requirements and liaise with the IT development teams (both in house & off-shore) to ensure all system changes are documented and the solution agreed
Person Specification
Necessary
• Strong business analysis experience of manufacturing and distribution projects affecting multiple territories
• Experience leading projects using iterative methodologies
• Ability to lead and work through other resources (both onshore and offshore)
• Ability to lead multiple projects of varying sizes simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills
• Substantial Project Management experience including cover the “end to end” project cycle
• Strong working knowledge of MS Project, Office Suite, and Visio or equivalent
Desirable
• Project Management in a Physical Supply Chain functional background
• Music industry or entertainment industry experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Prince 2 Certification or Agile Certification or equivalent
