New Business Executive- Brand Partnership (Bravado)- Manila
Description

Universal Music Group is in search of a New Business Executive- Brand Partnership (Bravado) to be based in Manila.
About the role
• As retail and licensing superstar to lead, drive growth, and achieve commercial targets for Bravado in the Philippines
Sales
• Create sales presentations for official artist merchandise.
• Manage budgets and initiate sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop, execute, and track merchandise selling campaigns that are aligned with buying cycles.
• Collaborate with internal teams when negotiating with vendors/ suppliers/ distributors.
• Ensure all advertising, merchandising, and display materials follow agreed guidelines.
• Participate in the development of product ranges, revisions, and pricing policies relevant to artists and key retail partners.
Product
• Coordinate with all retail partners, Bravado colleagues, and internal peers to deliver official merchandise that follows agreed quality standards, procedures, and reporting requirements.
Strategy
• Identify new opportunities to expand Bravado’s reach in new and non-traditional markets.
• Collaborate with direct report/s on business planning sessions.
Desirable Traits:
• At least 2 years’ experience within the fashion retail and licensing industries in an activation, account management, creative, marketing, or sales/business development role.
• Knowledge of Profit & Loss reports.
• Ab ility to deliver creative retail strategies.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Positive and persistent.
