Description
Job Functions:
• Provide Administrative and Operational Support by assisting and processing any client and account executive requests by phone, fax, email, physical mailings, etc.
• Research Client (s) work to determine music needs
• Attend Client Appointments and events
• Network with Music Supervisors and Production teams to understand music needs
• Create custom playlists from briefs, sample tracks or video. Review, research and interpret briefs through client engagement via telephone, email or in person.
• Prior experience doing a music search required
• Continue to build and nurture any new / current relationship with all clients, while providing first class customer service.
• Providing frontline support and resolution for any / all customer service issues, and serving as back up support for Account Executives and other Sales Support team members when they are out of the office.
• Other duties include generating reports and completing special projects as needed.
• Adhering to all company compliance standards and policies and taking all the required training as requested.
Leads
• Entering, searching and/or distributing leads to the Sales team in a timely manner. Ensuring the Lead tracker and CRM is updated accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prospecting (research/phone calls) for music user contacts/decision makers for Music Licensing Executives
Contract / Account Management
• Serving as a liaison between clients and other supporting departments.
• Processing and managing contracts /needledrops, escalations, marketing materials distribution and other requests.
• Contacting clients to ensure they are knowledgeable / trained on the company’s available resources. This is for specific or adhoc requests.
• Responsible for obtaining all required approvals as it relates to processes.
• Sending music tracks to clients and providing copyright information as needed.
CRM Database Management
• Maintaining the CRM database to company standards and policies
• Ensuring all company / customer / contract information is entered accurately, consistently and in a timely manner.
• Processing and evaluating Quarterly Reporting and Cue Sheets.
• Other duties include generating reports and completing special projects as needed.
Education:
• Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
