Manager, Streaming Marketing & Analytics Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Description
The Manager of streaming marketing & Analytics will be responsible of developing and analyzing digital strategies of marketing and promotion across streaming platforms in the Latin Region. The focus will be on measuring performance and ROI of different strategies and turn them into data driven business decisions and best practices. The position will report to the SVP of Business Development and Digital based in Miami Beach, FL.
Job Functions:
• Oversee and analyze streaming marketing plans and initiatives for regional and global releases in coordination with local and central teams.
• Design, conduct and analyze A/B tests, measure ROI and define KPIs to improve performance.
• Work with repertoire owners and countries to optimize label's owned properties such as artist profiles and playlists.
• Acquire data from primary and secondary data sources, analyze and interpret trends or patterns using statistical techniques.
• Develop analytical frameworks and models to optimize performance and process efficiency.
• Prepare performance analysis and campaigns recaps about each project to be distributed to senior management.
• Work on ad-hoc projects with the digital department based on business evolution and necessities.
Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Knowledge of digital music ecosystem and streaming platforms dynamics.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Proficiency in MS Office, SQL, HTML and visualization tools like Tableau, DOMO or Google Data Studio. Fluent in Python or R, both is a plus.
• Ability to collect, organize and manage large amount of information and data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Solid written presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and interact with multiple departments globally across the company.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
Experience:
• 3 years of experience in analytics, BI, data insights, marketing, and strategy preferred in entertainment/music business.
Education:
• BA/BS in business analytics, marketing research, economics or finance.
