At our offices in Hilversum, Universal Music has a job opening as:
Manager Royalties & Repertoire Administration
As Manager Royalties & Repertoire Administration your key responsibilities will be:
• Determination of correct intercompany ownership through review and analysis of repertoire and rights metadata.
• Ensuring daily operational management of the rights & repertoire team.
• Developing the team and the individual team members.
• Management reporting to all process stakeholders.
• Acting as a point of contact & knowledge center for all UMG operating companies and repertoire owners on all aspects of rights & repertoire.
• Managing IT system issues, enhancements and testing.
• Representing the department in meetings and committees across the organization.
Skills
& Experience:
• You have a passion for data and administrative progresses, ideally demonstrated in an earlier position.
• You own great leadership skills and know how to interact, give feedback and motivate.
• You are an analytical and conceptual thinker.
• You are solution oriented and focus on getting the job done.
• You are customer- and service oriented.
• You have good command of the English language.
• You are completely familiar with the MS Office package and are interested to extend your expertise with SAP & Business Objects.
