Description
Job title: Learning & Development Business Partner (maternity cover)
Responsible to: Head of Learning & Development
Department: Human Resources
Location of work: Kings Cross, London
Your Challenge
As a Learning & Development Business Partner you will support the business by creating and delivering effective group and individual learning interventions and programmes. A ‘hands-on’ influencer, you will have the opportunity to add value across all aspects of L&D in collaboration with the wider HR team. A coach and mentor, you always try to find the root cause of any development required, and delivering the most appropriate solution.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Creation and delivery of L&D strategy and plan
• Create effective content across various channels
• Enhance succession planning by instigating individual career development programmes
• Be the go-to expert for all things L&D, from individual development plans to delivering workshops and development/training programmes
• Constant analysis of what you’re finding out about the business, both personally and through solid relationships across the functions
• Work closely with the L&D coordinator to ensure budget allocations are at its most effective, supplier invoices are on track, and live updates of all development activity is maintained

Your Skills And Experience
• Experience in designing and implementing effective learning solutions for a range of audiences
• Experience in group training and/or development
• The ability to build solid and lasting relationships with stakeholders and learners at all levels
• Owning the delivery and reporting of all programmes
• Curiosity to find new ways to share knowledge and apply skills, including challenging our processes and ways of working. You’re comfortable implementing iterations and seeking feedback, in a nimble and user-centric way
• An expert juggler (priorities, not balls), you know how to manage a high volume of tasks with conflicting deadlines
Extra Awesome
• Graduate level - HR/psychology degree preferred
• Chartered CIPD qualified or evidence of proactive growth mindset
• Experienced user of a range of psychometric and other tools e.g. Insights Discovery, MBTI etc.
• Experience working in a Media or Music organisation
