At a time of almost constant change within the busi ness, the world of weightier music continues to hold sway with fans the world over, and Spinefarm – now also the home of Candlelight Records, with its extensive catalogue and reputation for turning the spotlight on key artists from the underground –
aims to make a difference at the sharp end of the genre, spreading the word and flying the flag.
Most recently, Spinefarm has chosen to both reflect and drive the increasing popularity of rootsier guitar music by launching the Snakefarm Records imprint – a home for country rock and blues-based artists, some fresh to the game, some more experienced, but all coming armed with great songs and a sack-full of attitude.
