Job title: Global Brand Partnership Intern (6 month FTC)
Responsible to: Key Account Director /Junior Brand Manager
Department: Universal Music Group & Brands
Location of work: 4 Pancras Square, Kings Cross
Main Purpose of Role:
Universal Music Group & Brands is the dedicated brand agency of Universal Music Group, creating innovative and tailor-made business solutions for brands. We use Music & Entertainment to create innovative and differentiated customer propositions for our brand partners to help them grow their business by their turning customers into fans.
We are currently looking for an intern to integrate into the Brand Partnerships and New Business team handling major global clients; pitching, developing strategies and executing campaigns.
This candidate will primarily focus on supporting the Key Account Director and Junior Brand Partnership Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting the Key Accounts Director and Junior Brand Manager with research on pitches, client prospection, and brand specific activity/information.
• Assisting in preparing presentations and dossiers for internal meeting and/or clients
• Taking minutes during client calls
• Keeping the CRM reports up to date monthly
• Tracking social activity on current activations
Person Specification:
Essential:
• High-level marketing / business schools or solid degree in Marketing and Communication
• Strong passion for Music
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Experience within a corporate environment (brand, label, agency)
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize, work to tight deadlines and have a strong sense of initiative
• Computer skills required (proficient in PowerPoint and Excel essential)
