Job title : Caroline UK Intern
Responsible to : Publicity Manager
Department: Promotions
Location of work: Ladbroke Grove
Main pur pose of role
To assist the UK Publicity Manager in delivering campaigns across the Caroline International roster , whilst also helping the rest of the Promotions team with day to day tasks and supporting the wider business as required (Marketing, Sales, Digital, Label Services and International) .
This role will provide a fantastic opportunity to build contacts within the media and gain an understanding of how to conceive and deliver successful online & print PR campaigns for a wide variety of acts, whilst at the same time learning about the different functions of a lab el.
Responsibilities
will include but are not limited to :
• General admin support across the Caroline UK label – promotions, marketing, sales, digital, label services and international , as required
• Support to the UK Publicity Manager as follows:
• Every morning, use Google, Intelligent Media and SubmitHub to compile and collate online and print coverage for all artists represented by the Publicity Manager
• Pitch and collate blog album reviews
• Keep all publicity reports up to date
• Keep detailed lists of all assets and tools available for online use
• Compile and keep contact lists up to date
• Specific admin support to the Promotions Team as follows:
• Assist with promotions team diary management
• Supply radio coverage clippings on request
• Circulate daily airplay updates
• Take minutes for the weekly promotions meeting (Thursday 11am-12.30pm)

• Good k nowledge of the Caroline roster
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Passionate about music and a n appreciation of all genres
• A knowledge of major media outlets and the wider industry
• A kee n interest in building a career in the UK music industry
D esirable
• Previous experience in publicity or marketing
• Creative skills e.g. writing, photography/videography, digital design
• Regular ly attends gigs
