Responsible to: Managing Director , Globe Productions
Department: Globe , Creative & Commercial
Location of work: Kensington High Street , W14
Overview
Globe are currently looking for a Head of Creative who is a conceptual thinker with a keen business sense and deep understanding of music culture. They will formulate innovative concepts that support brand, broadcast, marketing, product, or technological goals for our partners and our artists.
Person Specification
• The ideal candidate will be capable of delivering short compelling presentations / 'pitches' that will sell in a simple, logical and inspiring insights led ''big ideas'' to brand partners, that tell the brands story and meets their business objectives
• Capacity to understand overall business goals and objectives from both the brand (client) and label/ artist perspectives
• Experience in creative and marketing innovation
• Proven expertise in creating culturally relevant solutions
• Good copywriting and design skills which are used to effectively communicate concepts
• Excellent communication/presentation skills, ability to create inspiring and considered proposals
• Ability to work within short time-frames, under pressure
• Good understanding of broadcast, digital, mobile, social channels and experiential
• Fosters Teamwork: works cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organisational effectiveness
• Excellent IT skills and knowledge and experience with key 'presentation' programs in particular PowerPoint (occasionally Key note) and design tools such as Photoshop/In Design, or similar
• Experience in all aspects of content production from development through to post – with understanding of budgeting and scheduling
• Significant credits on either/or broadcast, brand partner or artist content projects
• Strong relationships with production and broadcast community – creatives, producers/directors, commissioners etc
• Up to date knowledge of audiences and the changing broadcast landscape
