Description
Job title: Global Rights Support Analyst
Responsible to: SVP Global Rights Operations
Department: Global Rights Operations
Location of work: Kings Cross
Main Purpose of Role
The role will be responsible for the pro-active monitoring of data creation in our repertoire and rights system and the communication of deadlines to the relevant business teams to ensure that release dates are not missed due to rights data not being correctly maintained. This role will also assist with tracking issues raised by the business relating to missing rights data.
Key tasks may include:
• Pro-actively monitor data capture for upcoming projects and releases
• Communicate and track gaps in data prioritised against release dates
• Monitor the support email account for issues and requests raised
• Triage issues, pass them on to the appropriate repertoire owner, log and track them through to completion
• Raise issues with technical support team as appropriate
• Track notifications sent by system to the business support and inform users of any tasks / issues resulting
• Transfer contracts between companies as requested by business
• Co-ordinate repertoire ownership and data amendments with repertoire teams
• Provide guidance in use of system and advise on data standards to end users
• Aid in the training of new ‘edit’ users in the rights systems
• Aid in the setting up of new users in the rights systems
• Ad hoc cross functional support when required by complimenting teams
Essential Requirements
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to work within a team in a fast paced, ever evolving business. The candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to take on new tasks quickly and to be able to execute tasks with little supervision once trained. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must and an understanding of the confidentiality of the data a necessity.
• Ability to pick up knowledge of new systems, processes and tasks quickly
• Proven presentation and document drafting skills using word, excel and PowerPoint
• A customer focused approach to work with the ability to interact with all levels of the business
• Co-ordinating and prioritising day to day workload against long term objectives
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Highly motivated / self starter, with a proactive approach
• Flexible and helpful approach to all tasks
• Proven project coordination skills and clear communication skills, with track record of assisting with the organised delivery of tangibles within project scope
• Past experience communicating at all levels of the business and across functions
• Excellent time management and time keeping
