Ecommerce Manager (2 days/week contract for 6 months)
Description
We have a new opportunity available for an Ecommerce Manager to join us in a job share capacity, 2 days per week. This is a contract role for 6 months starting in February 2019.
This could be the perfect return-to-work role, or for someone simply seeking a reduced hours opportunity. If you are an Ecommerce all-rounder with good project management skills and product marketing experience, we’d love to hear from you.
Job Summary:
• Overall management of assigned Artist and Retail Ecommerce stores, including the development of product, sales, marketing and operational strategies to achieve set targets.
• Pursue and pitch campaign opportunities to stakeholders to win new projects for the Ecommerce department.
• Collaborate with international teams to create global campaigns for Australian Artists, and implement International Artist campaigns within Australia/New Zealand.
• Monitor overall performance of your online stores, analyse customer trends and behaviours to ensure marketing and operational strategies are optimised.
• Partner with UMA’s internal Digital Media and Content team to develop innovative content strategies that will engage fans and customers across available channels.
• Oversee paid marketing strategies for your stores across social media, Search, Display and Affiliates.
Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience within an online direct to consumer environment with a strong understanding of Ecommerce store management.
• Demonstrated proficiency in creating and managing digital marketing, social media and paid media campaigns.
• Excellent Project Management, organisational and analytical skills.
• Prior experience using Email software and Content Management Systems.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external contacts.
