Universal Music Australia is on the hunt for a superstar ECommerce Coordinator to join us on a 12-month contract. The lucky candidate will assist with executing innovative digital marketing that will engage fans and sell product across our online stores.

To sum the role up -
• Collaborate with the Ecommerce team on executing digital marketing and sales opportunities across UMA’s direct-to-fan artists and ecommerce stores.
• Push engagement across UMA online stores by creating, developing and sourcing content strategies to promote direct engagement.
• Responsible for project administration and coordination from initial set up, assigning tasks, coordinating briefs etc.
• Work closely with the Ecommerce Product Development Manager with product set ups and merchandising.
• Work closely with the Ecommerce Creative Strategist in implementing marketing strategies across socials, SEM, Display and Affiliates.
• Publish and execute editorial content in-line with the campaign calendar. This includes email sends, banner changeovers, and social posts.

• You have experience and exposure in online direct to consumer environment.
• You thrive off pressure and love the hustle of a large workload.
• You have an impeccable eye for detail and outstanding organisation. Some may say you have OCD tendencies...
• You are a nerd with using web-based project management and file management tools. You also have an understanding of digital advertising campaigns (display, paid social).
• You spend more time than you’d like to admit on researching technical and industry developments.
• You get along with all kinds of different people, collaboration is key.
