Job Title: Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator
Responsible to: Director of Diversity and Inclusion

The A Side: A Day in The Life
Working alongside the D&I Director coordinating, administrating and on occasion leading Universal Music's Diversity and Inclusion work, within projects or discrete areas of work.
Work in exciting, progressive project spaces within a dynamic team. You make projects come to life through strength and ability to assist the director and proactively arrange projects for successful outcomes working with several PIC stakeholders.
Main responsibilities and accountabilities, including but not limited to:
• Curate and coordinate internal and external D&I calendar of events and experiences.
• Supporting internal employee D&I community groups.
• Coordinating discrete D&I research and engagement projects as agreed by D&I Director.
• Support with D&I action planning and communications.
• Taking responsibility for certain projects including developing 'toolkits' and researching resources for staff portal
• PA administrative support to the D&I Director including but not limited to:
• Managing all aspects of the diary and work schedule
• Managing the D&I Director's work administration, including expenses, travel, itineraries, etc.
• Arranging, preparing and supporting meetings on behalf of the D&I Director
D&I Communications:
• Help coordinate and draft comms relating to D&I groups and networks within Universal.
• Where needed link with internal comms in managing calendar of D&I events and news.
• Take a lead on some discrete areas of D&I and respond to queries.
D&I Training:
• Coordinate D&I employee learning alongside L&D department
• Help maintain D&I employee learning experiences within L&D onboarding
The B Side: Skills & Experience
• Strong measured understanding and 'on the pulse' understanding of D&I best practice
• Thrives and has experience of organising meetings, groups, networks, and small events
• Experience of co-ordinating projects
• Curiosity and experience of research in D&I spaces
• Strong writing ability for engaging and informative content
• Impeccable organisation and time management skills
• Ability to communicate in an accessible and inclusive way to different audiences
• Ability to work well as part of a team but also individually, self-starter that proactively uses own initiative
