Description
Fame House, a Universal Music Group company, seeks an E-Commerce Account Manager to work across our clients’ stores to ensure best-in-class merchandising services are executed for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the most successful artists and entertainment companies in the world, and to work with emerging digital music and entertainment technologies. You will have opportunities to submit ideas and processes for the company to utilize into the future.
Job Functions:
Account Management:
• Maintain positive working relationships with clients and partners
• Oversee and manage the relationship with a group of specific clients as needed
• Help to coordinate the setup and launch of new client storesand products, including successful completion of the appropriate setup/checklists as needed
• Work with all department stakeholders as needed to ensure successful campaigns including
• Manager D2C Strategy for proper oversight ofclient activity
• The accounts specific Store Manager to ensure successful campaigns
• Ecommerce Fulfillment Manager to obtain properinsight to shipping and handling
• With Merchandising Production Manager on Product sourcing and product re-orders
• Work with marketing team members and store managers to ideate and create unique, topical merchandise for clientele and create store specific release schedules
• Work with Store Manager and Logistics team to ensure all information is correctly communicated and obtained for client’s product offerings
Logistics and Order Management:
• Manage comp shipment requests
• Effectively communicate new product shipments expected to be received
• Work with Logistics team and several warehouses to ensure timely, effective product delivery
• Communicate expected issues, new projects etc with the Customer Service team to ensure they are properly equipped to handle in-bound requests on managed stores
• Help problem solve against and understand unfulfilled order on clients stores on an ongoing basis
• Monitor inventory and coordinate product restocks
• Manage logistics and lead times for pre-order projects
Reporting:
• Conduct periodic reports for each client
• Use sales reports to make recommendations to drive revenue for clients
• Coordination of product launch financial projections and approval with production and finance
Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Extremely detail oriented
• Intermediate knowledge of inventory and sales reporting
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Proficient in Excel & Microsoft Office
• Self-starter who can complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Some experience or knowledge of various e-commerce platforms including Shopify, Magento, and PayPal
• Very strong communication skills
• Works well with a team
• Highly organized
• Good with tight timelines and strict deadlines
• Motivated, takes initiative, and is looking to grow within the company
• Easily adjusts to shifting priorities
• Trustworthy with sensitive information
• Photoshop experience is a plus
Experience:
• 1-3 years’ experience in merchandising, ecommerce, supply chain, music business, or related field required
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, or a related field.
