Description
Universal Music Publishing Group is home to some of the world’s most influential and successful songwriters. The regional team in Hong Kong is currently looking for a Copyright Administration Executive to assist on numerous projects, processes and reporting for data, royalties, and distribution statements.

About the role:
• Process all works and data on UMPG’s administration systems ensuring all information is correct. Adjust any errors as required.
• Assist internal and external customers on all enquiries and requests. Handle and respond to disputes and issues.
• Use research tools, resources and programs to assist with calculations and research.
• Work closely with the Global administration teams regarding copyright and registration related issues.
• Develop and maintain external relationships and provide ongoing support on copyright issues.
• Assist the team on any projects, process improvements and any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
• Graduate of legal, business, computer science or other related field.
• Good research skills, attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
• Advanced time management skills, problem solving ability and highly organised. Able to manage a broad range of tasks and meet deadlines.
• Naturally numerical and process driven.
• Computer proficiency and able to learn new systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
