Description
This position is responsible for coordinating all manufacturing re-orders for Special Markets/3rd Party products. This includes tracking of all finished goods and managing inventory level of print components from multiple suppliers.
Job Functions:
• Manage order entry of custom CD’s & Vinyl releases into Legacy database and Microsoft Access programs.
• Responsible for managing inventory levels of print components (booklets, inlays, tray cards etc.); place reorders, as needed.
• Responsible for tracking shipments of reorders to ensure timely deliveries to appropriate manufacturing facilities.
• Maintain database of all work orders: Order entry, component and finished goods receipts, shipping documents and final invoices.
• Maintain and develop working relationships with internal & external partners including Sales, Credit, Logistics, Customer Service, Manufacturing facilities.
• Serve as point of contact to all Special Markets/3rd Party accounts and provide high-level of customer service.
• Act as backup to support music video catalog production staff, as needed, assist with data input, management of databases, and scheduling video releases in various systems.
• Other duties as assignment by company management.
Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Familiarity with video formats a plus (Long form, Lyric videos, Pseudo)
• Must be timely in getting work accomplished.
• Must be able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities.
• Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly motivated and with a desire to work in a team environment.
• Must be self-directed and well organized.
Experience:
• Minimum 2 year of experience production or similar role
• Computer experience: Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Education:
• Bachelor degree, preferred
