Description
How we LEAD:
The Production & Finance Coordinator role supports the finance and production departments with their day-to-day activities as well as to assist in common tasks in other areas such as legal and sales.

How you’ll CREATE:
• Enter metadata accurately into various systems for completion
• Ensure data and content provided to various departments is precise and complete
• Work with Internal and External Clients to gather and maintain information such as label copy, PROs and splits
• Keep production schedules updated and distribute as required
• Assist the COO, SVP of Business & Legal Affairs and other team members in scheduling meetings and providing agendas along with other support as required inclusive of answering phones, setting up meetings, conference calls, and any other administrative objectives that may arise.
• Schedule, plan and coordinate all travel arrangements for the COO as needed including the preparation and tracking of expense reports
• Assist in the creation and processing of invoices as well as the coding and tracking of checks received
• Compiling information and distributing daily reports for sales and finance department.
• Assist in the compilation of the monthly results book and distribute to key executives within UMGN.
Bring your VIBE:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in finance or business administration preferred
• Strong organizational skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills
• 3 years’ finance or business-related experience
• Experience in production software a plus, including Studio Hub, R2 and Aspen.
• Ability to handle heavy workload, mediating many demands and requests with strong problem-solving drive
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
