Description
The Coordinator, Commercial Partnership provides support to the UMG Commercial Partnerships Team(s) in the areas of account and label support and service. Key support includes account communication and reporting support, managing meeting schedules, preparing presentations along with the distribution and communication of information across teams. This position supports digital accounts.
Job Functions:
• Administrative support for our key account teams across all UMG releases.
• Communication of priority releases and release schedules with key account relationships.
• Account maintenance, weekly reporting, and data analysis of UMG priority releases.
• Regular label communication and coordination of marketing requests for key accounts.
• Editorial opportunity submissions and pitches.
• Bring creative ideas to the table and participate in brainstorming for department campaigns and efforts.
• Prepare and proofread meeting agendas, reports, meeting minutes and other presentation materials as directed.
• Compile streaming, marketing, CRM and social listening for internal distribution.
• Communication of daily and weekly customer sales charts, playlist tracking and social media placement.
• Support our labels by fielding requests and questions regarding commercial partner activities and business
• Manage mailing or distribution lists as needed.
• Assist in various daily operations and performing general office support.
Job Requirements:

• Excellent Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with emphasis on relationship building
• Meticulous attention to detail and follow through
• Extremely organized with superior time management skills
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects and produce high-quality work under tight schedules
• Can do attitude
• Strong interest in music and pop culture
Experience:
• Knowledge of social media and current platforms of entertainment consumption
Education:
• BA degree
