Description
Job title: Content Commissioner and Strategist
Responsible to: Visual Director
Department: Polydor
Location of work: Kensington High Street
Main Purpose of the Role:
The Content Commissioner is a key member of the Visual team, responsible for the commission and project management of content across the Polydor label.
The role will include ( but is not limited to ) :
• Project manage and produce short form content, working closely with marketing and digital teams
• Understanding the DNA/narrative behind each artist- be the conduit that ensures all short form content needs are met
Person Specification
• Highly creative individual
• The ability to work extremely well under pressure
• Knowledge and understanding of upcoming artist campaigns within label and outside
• Passionate about music and the digital landscape
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to the changing market
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels within the business;
• Flexible and able to prioritise own workload
• Self-motivated; Hard working and enthusiastic
