Job title: Commerce & Streaming Manager
Responsible to: Commercial Director
Department: Commercial, Island
Location of work: Kensington High Street
Overview
A chance to work for the iconic Island Records at their head office in London in an exciting frontline role, working in the Commerce/Streaming department. A great opportunity to work on campaigns for global superstar acts such as Drake, Mumford & Sons, U2, Ariana Grande, Sigrid and many others. The role will involve working closely with all departments across the label, as well as artists themselves.
Responsibilities
(include, but not limited to);
• Provide label staff with regular clear analysis, reporting and forecasting on track/album consumption across streaming platforms. Summarising key trends and findings will be essential
• Lead day to day relationships with a selection of key digital business partners, which would include presentations on our artist campaigns, regular meetings and taking them to gigs on a regular basis

Essential
• Confident to act alone and make decisions, often quickly
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Highly organised
• Passionate about music with a desire to work and progress in the industry
• Proven experience of working under pressure in a calm, efficient and organised manner
• Excellent track record of working to strict deadlines and maintaining a high standard of attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral
• Understanding of the music streaming market and streaming trends
• Experience of working with ( at a label, distributor, management company ) or for a digital business partner
• Experience of analysing trends, models
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel)
• Demonstrable experience of working with key digital business partners
• Proven computer literacy with a logical approach to system usage
