Description
Universal Music Australia are looking to appoint a Brand Partnerships Director, to be part of BRING. BRING is a Universal Music owned agency creating partnerships and campaigns for a variety of brands. Recent clients include American Express, KFC, Optus, Adidas, Adobe and Nintendo.
With unrivalled access to music talent and insights, as well as a devoted creative department, BRING constructs experiential and content solutions for brands, either as always-on entertainment platforms or media campaign solutions. BRING prides itself on ideas that make noise!
As we look to further grow the business and cement our position in the advertising and media market, we’re looking for a superstar Brand Partnerships Director that can lead the charge on business development, generating leads across a range of sectors and closing exciting new partnerships
Our Brand Partnerships Director will:
• Target brands and agencies with considered business pitches.
• Drive brief responses in a professional manner, exploiting all assets across the Universal business and inputting into creative response.
• Proactively sell properties, managing sales reporting to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure a first-class contact management system including sales collateral, meetings process and pipeline reporting.
• Network at senior level to generate new opportunities for the business.
• Drive Thought leadership and represent BRING/Universal at industry events and in trade.
• Research all business sectors to pinpoint potential business opportunities.
• Drive business case and costing for new deals in liaison with MD and Production as required.
• Construct a solid deal delivery and account management plan with Account teams (and occasionally implement deals directly ).
• Have responsibility for the overall Brand Partnerships Budget.

• Experience and understanding of the media and advertising market.
