Description
We are currently seeking an Artist Brand & Insights Strategist focused on delivering services and creating value for our artists. This role oversees artist brand strategy and development.
Job Functions:
• Consolidate and analyze data and insights from all available sources and platforms (internal tools, social media, music services, marketing campaigns...)
• Provide a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the artist’s brand and positioning
• Work with local teams and internal repertoire owners in the territories to develop recommendations and implement them
• Oversee artist brand communication and social media strategy
• Analyze positioning of artists from the competition
• Identify opportunities for endorsement and sponsorships between brands and artists
• Develop artists pitches and presentations for marketing and commercial partnerships
• Manage relationship with internal and external data providers
Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent written, presentation and communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish
Experience:
• 5 years of experience in entertainment/music business, consumer insights or advertising agency
Education:
• BA in marketing or communications
