SUMMER STUDENT OPPORTUNITY – ARCHIVE PROJECT

Reporting to the Senior Director, IT & Strategic Project , you’d get to work on the Archive Project. The ideal candidate is professional, detail oriented, and organized. Starting date is June 24, 2019 – August 23, 2019 (28 h ou rs/week for 9 weeks) .
Responsibilities
• Cataloguing all items in the archive box.
• Updating the current database with additional information of each asset including taking photos
• Auditing & validating the inventory.
• Assisting with inventory control procedure
• Assist with Paper-lite project – preparing for storage/ scanning or destruction of documents
Requirements
• Friendly and enthusiastic personality with a professional demeanor.
• Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills, able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Discreet while dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable and dependable with strong work ethic.
• A passion for the music industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
