Description
We are looking for a motivated person to work as part of the Global Analytics team. The Analyst will be responsible for the compilation of product and recording data along with t he review of global works registrations.
The right candidate will be skilled at processing, gathering and reviewing various sources of data in an organized manner . They should have an eye for detail, with the ability to identify trends and anomalies. The y should also have the ability to work timetables and successful ly deal with ad hoc requests as needed . This position reports to the Senior Manager Global Analytics.

• Market share
• Extraordinary payments
• Share analysis
• Internal suspense
Management Reporting
• Assist with compilation of key reports to managers:
• Monthly product file
• UMPG global release schedule
• Global priority artists each year
• Source review and management reporting
• Collection lags by territory
• Black box
Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Advanced Excel skills preferred
• Strong analytical background
• Excellent organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to meet deadlines quickly and accurately, multi-task, and work well under pressure with changing priorities
• Ability to learn quickly and work proactively
• Ability to work well in a team environment essential
• Consistently takes initiative, takes responsibility/ownership of tasks
• Overtime as required
Experience:
• Experience in music publishing company in a copyright/royalty role
Education:
• 4-year college degree in Business/Accounting or related area strongly preferred
