Description
Job title: Advertising Coordinator
Responsible to: General Manager, The Engine Room
Department: The Engine Room
Location of work: Kensington High Street
Main Purpose of Role:
Working within Universal's Engine Room Studio s, this role is responsible for assisting in the p reparation of Television/online commercials for transmission.
Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:
• Quality checking and Preparation of Television/online commercials for transmission
• Submission of files to clearing agencies
• Submission of files to television trafficking systems
• Liaising with project/marketing managers in different labels to be ahead of the TV schedule
Person Specification:
E ssential
• Program knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
• Fully competent on MAC OSX
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier and Adobe Photoshop
• Excellent organization and co-ordination skills
• Genuine interest in all media related software
• A proven track record working within a video editing context (Adobe Premier pro, final cut)
• Knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Good general video knowledge and excellent general computing skills
Desirable
• Experience setting up cameras, lights and other studio equipment.
• Experience in sending advert instructions via Car i a
• Knowledge of adstream or any other advert platform
• Experience working with broadcasters/radio stations
