Bravado is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to executives of multiple teams and general day-to-day office support. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and a resourceful individual whom can calmly handle any administrative task thrown their way. This is a great role for anyone who can handle the high-paced demand of the role and is motivated to contribute to and grow with the department. Experience supporting more than one senior executive is ideal, but not required. Passion for music, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to keep calm under pressure are essential.
Job Functions:
Responsible for providing high-touch administrative support to Bravado’s Business Affairs, Retail Sales and Creative Services executives as well as manage small scale special projects. This will include, but is not limited to:
• Maintaining high-demand schedules and calendars
• Answering phone lines and screening calls
• Scheduling meetings and conference calls for individuals and large groups
• Completing general office administrative work such as printing and copying large documents
• Completing (sometimes complex) expense reports on a timely basis
• Arranging and managing international and domestic travel arrangements
• Develop or update PowerPoint presentations
• Run basic reports in Excel
• Assemble and distribute team communications
• Manage office supplies inventory and ordering
• Light support to operations and planning team if needed
Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Proactive self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environments
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong ability to anticipate and solve issues independently
• Ability to be comfortable speaking to all levels of an organization
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience with calendar management, expense reporting and travel booking
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience:
• Minimum 1 year professional experience
• Experience supporting a senior executive preferred; more than one executive simultaneously a plus
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Outlook with basic skills in Excel
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
