Full Time Job
United Talent Agency's Beverly Hills office has an immediate opening for a full-time Agent Assistant in our Talent Division. UTA represents' a prestigious, award-winning roster of storytellers. Our actors and actresses are some of the worlds' most renowned talents. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about the entertainment industry, is comfortable providing general administrative support and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact with VIP clients and executives
• Heavy phone management – answer and transfer calls, schedule & coordinate conference calls
• Calendar management – daily calendar management; update, cancel and confirm meetings. Scheduling and coordinate meetings, both in-office and offsite
• Expense reports - Prepare monthly reports for review & submit to accounting for approval
• Travel booking and coordination
• Special projects
• Personal assistance as needed
• The ability to work unexpected frequent overtime
Qualifications:
• Preferred but not required BA/BS from an accredited University or College
• At least 1 year of agency or entertainment experience, preferred
• Administrative experience supporting an executive in a fast-paced environment, preferred
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, excellent phone demeanor
• Excellent interpersonal skills, while understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality
• Must be reliable and possess good judgment
• Must be service-minded
• Ability to anticipate needs
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Computer literate (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Knowledge and curiosity for the entertainment industry
• Understanding of UTA's Client Roster, a plus
