We are looking for a Marketing and Social Media Intern to join Ladder to provide customer engagement and support across all social media channels, manage brand content and marketing assets, and help with influencer strategy. This position will be based at our headquarters in Burbank, CA.
What You'll Do:
• Manage outgoing content for brand marketing initiatives and social channels
• Work with our design team to create assets
• Schedule posts to publish live to social media channels
• Organize editorial calendar
• Assist with founder + advisor related content requests
• Brand Asset Management
• Manage + organize brand assets in Box (photography, graphics, videos, etc)
• Assist with shot lists for brand campaign + social photo shoots
• Work with content team for blog imagery needs
• Community interaction via social media
• Answer or relay any customer service questions/concerns
• Facebook/Twitter: Using tools like the Hootsuite Zendesk plug-in
• Instagram: Direct messaging
• Record any notable partnership requests
• Save any A+ comments for future use / weekly wrap-ups
• Highlight recurring themes and escalate to the broader team
• UGC / Engagement
• Save reusable content to Instagram + Later
• Come up with creative ways to repurpose content
• Build potential ambassador / co-creator list
• Track any product seeding and VIP customers
• Growth + Influencer
• Use social conversation to help build FAQ for social and web
• Brainstorm ways to turn social conversations and questions into content
• Assist in collaborative/influencer content creation
• Work with on-staff influencers on content + marketing initiatives
• Research the latest news/trends in social media
Who You Are:
• 1-2 years experience in marketing or other customer-facing roles
• An extremely organized self-starter
• Passionate about conversation and community
• Can anticipate current and future customer needs
• Take initiative to think outside of the box and share ideas that can benefit the brand
• Experience with social publishing tools, G Suite, and Photoshop
