OFFICE SUPERVISOR sought by Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation in Los Angeles, CA
Duties: Manage official communications coming in and out of the office of the President/CEO. Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team in drafting and reviewing company-wide internal communications and update memos from the Office of the President, i.e. company-wide announcements, informational memos. Collaborate with executive management teams and creative teams to assist the President/CEO in generating weekly and monthly updates to send to direct reports and superiors including conveying business objectives, content planning strategies, programming initiatives, and development and acquisition strategies. Research, compile and evaluate research packets to prepare President/CEO for meetings, events and business opportunities. Work with internal teams across business and creative functions of the company to compile information. Prepare research packets on creative partners (i.e. showrunners, producers, writers, directors or other creative talent): create and maintain active projects and deals in grids by coordinating with creative teams and tracking development stages, creative attachments, business updates, and any other recent developments; analyze content created by creative partners (i.e. scripts, film footage, TV episodes) and evaluate programming and ratings data provided by the company's various research teams to provide data-based and creative recommendations based on development and market opportunities. Prepare research packets on strategic partners: reach out to executive teams to gather information and updates on projects and partnerships; write status updates based on compiled information. Manage President/CEO's schedule. Organize conference room scheduling for meetings. Take attendance and send agenda prior to President/CEO's weekly meeting with direct reports. Roll calls, keep track of and update President/CEO's call sheet, prepare travel arrangements for President/CEO, prepare and submit expense reports, and handle ticket requests for any live event that the company broadcasts.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Management, Communications or a related field, plus two (2) years of business management or development experience or related occupation, including collaborating with executive management teams to assist in conveying new business tactics, product development strategies, and market opportunities; drafting and reviewing operations reports, projects updates, business reviews, budgets, and long-range business plans; and analyzing market trends and performance analytics, and creating and maintaining up-to-date marketing materials and pitch decks for client.
