Company Description:
Content creator in the food space seeking a full-time assistant to help with administrative and personal tasks. The ideal candidate is discrete, has a positive ''can do'' attitude and is familiar with the food space.
This position is a hybrid role and will require travel to Long Beach two days per week. Must be based in LA or surrounding areas.
Job Duties:
Maintain calendar (daily appts, social events, travel)
Help with daily time management
Run errands as requested
Coordinate scheduling and day to day logistics
Track emails and respond to emails as needed
The ability to assist with projects and events as needed
Serve as a liaison between content creator and management team
Qualifications/Requirements:
1+ years of previous administrative assistant experience
Tremendous attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
MS Office, Google Suite
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
Ability to work independently
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills, including a professional phone manner and in-person presence
Have your own car and insurance
