Social Media Coordinator

The TV Guide Network is searching for an energetic and passionate Social Media Coordinator to join the Consumer Marketing Team to help shape and coordinate all things social media for TV Guide Network.
The newest addition to the Consumer Marketing Team will be responsible for setting and executing the plan to increase TV Guide Network's engagement marketing efforts in social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube in order to grow brand awareness, drive tune-in and spark brand advocates. This is a role that will work closely with various divisions of the company, including TVGuide com, Publicity and Programming, in order to maximize efforts.

Responsibilities include:
• Strategy Development: Set the social media and community management strategy for TV Guide Network. The strategy will outline a content and campaign development calendar, and will outline the tactics to grow social media and community participation, converting participants into brand advocates.
• Social Media Channel Management: Manage and grow TV Guide Network's Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube presence - measured in fans/followers, interactions, shares, and video views - and begin building TV Guide Network's footprint in other channels.
• Community Management: Increase engagement via development of interactive dialogues and creation of timely and relevant content and campaigns.
• Work with outside social media agency on high priority initiatives, and direct freelance social media outreach efforts.

Qualifications:
• 2 years of experience in social media marketing
• Fluency and deep personal experience with web marketing and social media
• Excellent writing skills and ability to develop content that attracts interest and links
• Self Starter, who is excited about building community and strives for results
• A passion for TV
