Full Time Unpaid Internship
As the CX Summer 2021 Intern | Program Strategy, you'll join a collaborative Customer Experience team responsible for delivering best-in-class customer support and utilizing data-driven analysis to surface priority CX opportunities across the entire customer journey. The Daily
• Support the Customer Experience team in measuring, sharing, and tracking actionable insights with stakeholder teams across the organization.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities throughout our CX program and support the CX team in addressing and executing these opportunities successfully.
• Research and analyze emerging trends within the CX space and use these findings to drive robust recommendations aimed at optimizing the HBO Max experience.
• Create and drive progress on a holistic summer internship project focused on an area of CX need, including: ? Own the entire initiative life cycle, beginning with idea generation and refinement as well as hypothesis testing
• Utilize research skills to understand leading practice and explore current thought leadership.
• Harness data and analytical skills to understand and tailor idea / concept to unique HBO Max CX needs and pain points.
• Create a clear roadmap to turn idea from concept to implementation

Internship Program
• Students must be currently enrolled in a college degree program for full duration of the internship.
• Summer 2021 program dates are June 7th - August 13th; must be available for full program duration.
• Full-time schedule (40 hours/week) designed to work around class schedule.
• Fully remote/virtual experience; company owned laptop provided for the duration of the internship program.
• Salary based on office location; relocation is not provided.
• This position is targeted toward upperclassmen and graduate students.
