How do I hire a Summer Intern - Ad Sales? Duties: Interns will work closely with Sales Assistants, Sales Planners, Account Executives and Sales Managers in support of the overall advertising sales process. This includes gaining exposure to various aspects of TV and Digital Sales for national markets. The intern will assist with and learn skills in research, sales process planning, presentation creation and delivery, client prospecting and sales calls. In addition, selected interns will interact with and learn how the sales teams partner with other departments such as Research, Content Partnerships, Promotions and Marketing.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should be undergraduate students who are entering their junior or senior years and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0? All students must remain enrolled in school for the entire length of the program? Dates: early June - mid August (TBC)? The program will run for ten weeks? This is a paid opportunity? Students are expected to work normal business hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm / 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (depending on business needs)? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications?
