Reward Analyst (12 month FTC)
Please note – this role is a 12-month FTC
We're looking for an ambitious Reward Analyst to be a part of this!
What you'll be doing:
As Reward Analyst, you will support the full spectrum of compensation & benefit activities across EMEA and APAC. You'll work with the Reward Manager on the day to day delivery of effective Compensation & Benefits programmes that recognize and reward critical skills, capabilities, and performance. In addition, you will support on ad-hoc project work and providing analysis to enhance the effectiveness of reward initiatives and contributing to provide insight on current projects, lessons learned and best practice.
What we're looking for:
Essential:
• Experience in a Reward function across a range of compensation and benefits subjects and in multiple countries
• General knowledge of relevant market practices in compensation and benefits
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable delivering training sessions
• Broad knowledge and experience in PeopleSoft as well as other HR systems and processes
• Good project management skills (organization, planning, and time management)
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel
• Fluent in English (written and spoken). Any additional languages a plus!
Desirable:
• Experience in a fast-paced multinational business environment
• Experience in FMCG, High Tech, Media industries
• Broad knowledge and experience in Willis Towers Watson survey methodology

We are currently based in Soho, however we moving to brand new offices in Old Street in Summer 2019.
