Turner Services Inc. seeks a Revenue Strategy Manager for the Rev Ops & Sales Strat - BR department. The Manager, Revenue Strategy will be responsible for executing B/R's strategic vision through an evolving suite of ad products and revenue streams on its O&O and off-site channels. Serves as the department's lead on project management and ensures projects are executed in an expedient and comprehensive manner.
The Daily
• Leverage industry trends and practical knowledge of ad serving technology to implement technical solutions that drive revenue
• Gather business and technical requirements for new products
• Create an initial implementation, launch, and post-launch plan
• Partner with internal clients and vendors, facilitating communications between developers and the business, including open issues, project prioritization, issue resolutions, and feature requests
• Effectively communicate solutions and provide documentation across functional groups
• Partner with a team of product managers and business operators to implement scalable app and web ad products
• Support the Director, Revenue Product & Technology in managing advertising platform architecture and configuration to ensure compliance with WarnerMedia corporate standards and business unit needs
• Provide support for advertising tools, including Operative, GAM, and internally developed applications
• Maintain measurement and tracking capabilities across O&O platforms in accordance with industry standard requirements
• Partner with internal programmatic teams to evaluate potential partners, integrations, and/or products in order to optimize indirect monetization
The Essentials
• Bachelors in computer science, business, or equivalent
• Experience with developing advertising technology solutions for digital, mobile and video ad serving
• Experience troubleshooting and implementing digital, video players, mobile & audience targeting applications with integrated ads, content and digital systems
• 5 years experience in advertising operations or advertising technology
• Proficient with GAM; familiarity with Order Management Systems
• Experience in providing cross functional support for varied skillsets
• Exceptional communication skills, including process flows and documentation
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML
• Demonstrated ability to successfully perform support, training, reporting, testing of advertising systems
• Ability to convert business requirements into detailed technical requirements, training and operational documentation
