Our division sources and leverages emerging data to quantitatively model, predict, and influence consumer purchasing decisions in entertainment. The Job
This position is within the Marketing Analytics team, composed of marketing strategists, data specialists, and analysts. Our team deciphers the results of complex analyses to create actionable marketing insights and recommendations for films, TV shows, games, and live events. We triangulate data points from proprietary tools built on machine learning applications, surveys run in-house, and our partner's viewership and marketing campaign data.
Applied Analytics is seeking an intern to join our Marketing Analytics team. The intern is responsible for supporting the team in delivering analyses and recommendations for Warner Brothers films, HBO and TNT/tbs shows, and live sports and events. The intern will have the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge on analytics, digital marketing, and the entertainment industry.?
Candidates for this position should be highly motivated, self-assured team players with strong interpersonal skills. It's expected that he candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be articulate, able to multi-task while being detail oriented, and be interested in digital marketing analytics and entertainment.
The Daily
• Support team on all aspects of reporting, analytics, and deliverables
• Set-up proprietary social listening analytics tool for partners and create insightful reports
• Create/update Excel reports for digital marketing campaigns
• Develop marketing insights and recommendations that are clear and actionable and address partners' business needs
• Digest large amounts of information/data and distill it into an integrated, concise communication
• Meet deliverable timelines with quality output
• Proactively provide updates on project developments and timing to team
• Build strong relationships across Marketing Analytics team and other departments

The Fall 2019 program requires a minimum 12-week commitment at 40 hours per week between September 3rd and December 31st. Interns are paid a competitive-wage based on location and relocation is not provided. Participation in the internship program is reserved for students who are currently enrolled or within. 6 months post-graduation. Most positions are targeted to upperclassmen and graduate students.
