Job Title:HR Administrator (4 months contract)Team:Human ResourcesLocation:Hong Kong
What part will you play:
The HR Administrator will provide administrative support to Asia Pacific HR team. The main responsibility of this contract role is to help with the digital transition of the Employee Services team. We're looking for a sharp, motivated and proactive team member who will help us continue to improve the efficiency of HR team.
Essential job functions:
• Audit personnel files according to the country's compliant requirement and ensure all the required documents have been included.
• Create digital copy of the physical personnel files.
• Establish a system to manage digital files.
• Maintain personnel files system.
• Ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Person specification:
Essential
• Education: University degree / diploma preferred but not essential
• Familiar with scanning functions of printer
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
• Has experience working in a HR team preferred, new grads are welcome to apply
• Fluency in English and Cantonese
• Meticulous and detail oriented
