What does our department do?
The Information Security Office is responsible for the ensuring the Cyber Security of Turner's infrastructure
What will you be doing?
• Monitor the health and performance of cyber security tools
• Create relevant documentation and recommendations for changes to the current security architecture.
• Assist with improving security operation center day to day tasks when using security tools
• Supporting and integration of security operations tools and solutions designed to protect Turner
• Build scripts and integrate security tools to enable Security Operations, Content Protection and various other security initiatives
• Leverage APIs – including YouTube, AWS and various other software suites
What do we require from you?
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree majoring in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
• Ability to script / code
• Strong problem-solving capability
• Ability to take requirements from end-users and engineer and deliver solutions
• Detail oriented and a sound understanding of data management and manipulation (regex, etc.)
• Passion for tools engineering or desire to get into information security, content security, piracy protection

Internship dates are August 20, 2019 – December 6, 2019. All interns are expected to work 20 hours per week and paid competitively based on location (relocation is not provided). Participation in the internship program is reserved for students who are currently enrolled or within 6 months post-graduation. Most positions are targeted to upperclassmen and graduate students. Candidates must be qualified and available to work at the time the application is submitted. Full-time employment is not guaranteed at the end of the program.
