NYC-based communications collective TRUST is looking for a project coordinator. You MUST have at least 1+ year of experience in marketing, communications and/or related fields including any one or more of the following: advertising, technology, film/entertainment, start-ups, social media marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
You should be organized, enthusiastic, and have a strong interest in PR and marketing. Additional plusses are proficiency with HTML, Photoshop, Illustrator, Wordpress, and advanced social media strategy including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Linkedin.
Responsibilities:
You will be directly involved in press release outreach, social media initiatives, coordination, building media lists, trade and client correspondence, direct marketing, securing media placements (including interviews, events, thought leadership pieces), trade research, and pitching.
-Contribute to creation of communications plans that meet client objectives
-Build relationship with clients and colleagues at all levels
-Consistently produce high-quality internal and external communications
-Help plan and coordinate traditional and social media outreach programs
-Commit to continuous learning; set and pursue stretch goals
-Be flexible in your responsibilities, and eager to adapt to new information
-Be respectful, positive, and passionate
