Full Time Unpaid Internship
The Business Development Associate position offers the opportunity for an internship within an innovative advertising technology company. The Business Development team is responsible for forging strategic partnerships that solve complicated business problems and help expand the presence of engagement advertising on premium publishers. In this position, the Business Development Associate will have exposure to all aspects of the true[X] business as well as the chance to learn from and build relationships with influencers in the digital advertising/media space.
The Business Development Associate will report to the Manager of Business Development in New York and work closely with Engineering, Product, Ad Operations, and the Sales/Account Strategy teams across the country.
Responsibilities
• Manage day to day relationships with publishers
• Track, report, and optimize performance metrics of new publishers
• Fix or escalate issues/bugs brought to our attention by partners
• Help in the multi-platform expansion of engagements across existing publishers
• Manage cable/broadcast & MVPD publishers' access and the true[X] dashboard interface
• Create and maintain materials (slides, case studies, etc.) to support new partnerships as well as publisher sales efforts
• Manage creative approvals for campaign launches across the publisher network
Requirements
• 2 full years of college course study completed
• Current college student (or graduate with proof of enrollment in a graduate school program) returning in the Fall
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Natural sales person with a fondness for presenting
• Practical knowledge of web UX concepts
• Math, Excel, PowerPoint, and Pivot Table skills

• Applicants must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited university and be sophomore status or above.
• Be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship by the Company.
