Full Time Job
This role will be an integral member of the true[X] Midwest team, bridging the Marketing, Sales and Account team responsibilities, as well as leading the administrative tasks for the Chicago office. This is a unique role, designed for an ambitious, self-starter who is looking to learn all facets of innovative digital media sales and account management, while building a diverse skill set. This person will actively contribute to the growth of market awareness, Midwest business goals, and the team as a whole.
Account Management-Focused Responsibilities
• Acquire knowledge and be conversant in client business goals and processes
• Assist other members of the AM team with tasks related to daily account management; reporting, inventory risk assessments, RFP responses, case studies, internal status documents, etc.
• With assistance and oversight by senior members of the AM team, begin learning to deliver campaigns from the presale proposal phase to development, through completion, to final campaign wrap up analysis
Sales-Focused Responsibilities
• Assist with RFPs, proposals and special projects, and perform basic structure and input for presentations needed for clients (e.g., PowerPoint presentations)
• Assist with client prospecting and meeting preparation
• Maintain and update database (i.e. Salesforce) for account assignments
• Learn and understand the Sales Executive's roles so that you can continue to expand your dynamics
• Work as a team member in sales to help all succeed
Marketing-Focused Responsibilities
• Help sales and marketing team members with any client event tasks, such as working with other teams to create invites, assemble gift bags, contact vendors, make reservations, tour event venues, etc.
• Manage client ''swag'' items: keeping inventory, organizing new items, brainstorming new items for clients based on market
• Assist with regional OOH marketing efforts and/or Award Submissions
Administrative-Focused Responsibilities
• Manage the ordering of supplies for the Chicago team
• Manage the cleaning service accounts and any associated tasks
• Lead and manage the company approved extracurricular cultural activities for the Midwest teams
• Answer any phone calls that come to the main phone lines
• Respond to any building management questions, or request repairs/service
• Work with IT or external workers for any tech issues and maintenance within the office
Requirements
• 0-2 years' work experience, media agency experience a plus
• Interest in digital media technology and trends
• Able to independently prioritize, organize and manage multiple concurrent projects
• Handle multiple account tasks efficiently, effectively and productively
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Professional approach in task management, team collaboration and execution
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, primarily Excel and PowerPoint
• Drive to go above and beyond to deliver for our clients
• Willingness to proactively pitch in, and work in an environment where no two days are the same.
