THE POSITION:
Trippi Norton Rossmeissl Campaigns is seeking a creative, experienced and energetic production coordinator to help with political ad production for our this election cycle.
We're looking for a detailed- oriented professional who can multitask many projects in a fast-paced environment. We're a small firm with a diverse list of (awesome) clients and we will have a lot of production between now and November 6th. An interest in and basic knowledge of campaigns and politics is required. Ideally, you bring a combination of political smarts with jack-of-all-trades production skills. We are collaborative and welcome creativity. Bring your opinions, but know how to work together. This is a demanding job, but the right person will have input into the creative process and will be an invaluable member of the team.
This is contract position through November 6th. Salary will be commensurate with experience. This position will be based out of our Washington D.C. office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinating the post-production process, including managing editors, coordinating voice overs, executing graphics, and all file management
Track and manage all production, post production, and delivery schedules
Compiling reference materials and pitch reels
Identifying and packaging comps, stock, and music
Working with our accountant to track production budgets and invoicing
QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of work experience in post-production
Editing, design, and graphic skills are a plus!
Creative input and an eye for what makes a good ad is another plus.
Ability to handle a fast paced environment and meet changing timelines
Well organized and attentive to detail
Ability/willingness to work long campaign-style hours a must.
