Distribution Coordinator

This is a Part Time Job

As the distribution coordinator, you handle music distribution for our label and keep releases accurate, on time, and organized. You’ll work 15–20 hours per week with flexible scheduling, but you must be available during our standard distribution window.

What you do

Take release information from our CRM and distribute songs through our platform.
Enter all licensing, attributions, metadata, and required fields with accurate detail.
Track incoming songs and distribute them as soon as they arrive during expected hours.
Search TikTok for sound IDs linked to our tracks.
Create a list of sound IDs for each assigned song so we can claim them.
Communicate updates, questions, and issues quickly through our internal channels.

Required experience

1+ year as a distribution coordinator or in another distribution related role (to understand distribution workflows and the current music scene).
Detail-oriented approach with strong accuracy in metadata entry.
Strong communicator with clear English.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Schedule

Scheduling hours is based upon region and location. Our standard work times for our team are:
2pm–5pm BKK, Sunday–Saturday
2pm–6pm BKK, Monday–Friday
(You only need to be reliably available during your chosen window. Hours outside this period are flexible.)
