Social Media Coordinator
Tribl Records is pioneering and introducing audiences to a new sound in worship music. In a short time, the label has broken barriers for artists commonly overlooked in our space and developed a global audience spanning the US, Africa, South America, and Europe. Our artist roster includes Grammy-nominated artists & songwriters and many new artists. We are looking for a skilled and results-driven social media coordinator who is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring label and artist social media platforms.
Ideal candidates for this position should be innovative, and web and multimedia savvy. Passionate and familiar with the faith-based industry. Ultimately, this outstanding social media coordinator should have a firm grasp of the various digital touchpoints, steer Tribl Records social narrative, and drive highly effective social media campaigns in line with the heart and goals of the label
Social Media Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
Execute a results-driven social media strategy.
Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
Attend events and produce live social media content.
Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create a social media calendar.
Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
Review analytics and create reports on key metrics
Provide support for scheduling social media posts and plans as needed for artist and label accounts.
Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy
.
Digital Media Coordinator Qualifications / Skills:
Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML
Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space
Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills
Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills
Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask
Detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience )
1-2 years experience with social media marketing or content development
Direct experience using social media management tools
Experience with Google (Sheets, Docs)
Experience with dropbox
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools a plus
