Boutique West LA accounting firm is looking for a Filing Clerk and Office Manager. The job is to manage and file documents for multiple feature films and television projects.
We are looking for someone with amazing organizational skills and laser-sharp attention to detail. The majority of the job is overseeing the inventory of all of our banker's boxes, and filing into them appropriately. The office management portion is ordering office supplies, handling operational PC, helping with phones, and opening the mail.
This is a full time job in an accounting office ~ NOT a freelance production job, and not for aspiring writers, directors, personal assistants, etc...
