TRANSIT seeks a Billing Analyst or Billing Manager (depending on experience) to work directly with Finance and Production teams to generate client billing. This position carries a lot of potential for growth as the company is expanding.
Responsibilities
- Generate invoices for client submission
- Prepare and send billing in proper format and structure to clients based on policy and procedure.
- Reconcile employee hours with logs of billable services and correct all inaccurate information
- Collections and follow-up with studio and network clients on payment status
- Process POs on various studio payment platforms for final invoice submittal
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in billing, accounting and/or finance required
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interpersonal communication with ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and work on tight deadlines
- Must have excellent follow-up and client service skills
- Must be flexible to work overtime as needed to meet client deadlines
