Role
We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic sales coordinator to support our Client Partnerships Manager to coordinate sales related activities within the agency. Your role will contribute to achieving our overall sales targets by providing excellent administrative support. While you will have minimal responsibility for selling, the role plays an important part in fueling our sales engine as the foundation of all sales efforts.
Your main role will be to research and email outreach to client prospects, and manage day to day outreach and follow ups with selected target lists. If you are an excellent organizer with attention to detail, this would be the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities
Sales Support:
• Contact clients and prospects to arrange appointments and make follow-up calls to confirm meetings
• Ensure sufficient quantities of sales support material available for all client meetings
• Work across internal divisions to gather assets, assemble materials and send to client prospects or existing clients
• Research and email outreach to client prospects
• Tracking news/PR articles regarding key prospects, researching and assembling target lists of individuals via Trailer Park software
• Crafting customer marketing/outbound emails based on our knowledge of our prospects (under the supervision of the sales manager)
• Managing day to day outreach and follow ups with select sales target list
Coordination:
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales activities are integrated
• Work closely with marketing contacts in each department as well as our presentation specialist
Reporting:
• Maintain sales records as a basis of reports to the senior management team
• Prepare reports on sales and provide information to the finance team on incoming and completed pitches and opportunities
Qualifications
• Recent college graduate looking for an entry level role OR office/sales coordinator with 1 year work experience
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Highly detailed oriented with good communication skills
• Ability to deliver high standards of internal and external customer service
• Team player with great relationship building skills
